Amazing location, close to Xanadu Gallery.

They gave us Disability Access room with nice decoration as well as a sofa bed and that was essential. The food selection was AMAZING.

The location was terrible, had Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I was happy, the a double room I booked came with a big bathtub, awesome shower and super comfortable bed.

The staff was good and personable all the time. The room was quiet and huge here with a queen size bed. A shower, hairdryers, and slippers was a plus.

Everything was modern, MARVELLOUS location just next door to china town, the harbour and more, and Coit Tower, really comfortable experience. The double room I stayed in was well-maintained with views.

The total stay was wonderful for a weekend. The double room was newly remodelled. The location was particularly good and incredible for walking around a bustling square. Further, it was close to the tube, loading trucks, and the restaurant.

Really helpful and brilliantly helpful staff and the place was fairly clean. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. The hotel has excellent and wonderful location really close to the Powell street cable car, city center and Union Square and the stores in the area.

The hotel offers a wide range of food that was excellent.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - relatively near Chinatown. The property itself was in a safe area, right by a public park for 30 $ maximum rate, Chinatown where anyone can go get something to eat at a local restaurant, and Union Square and Muni Metro/Bart stations.

The staff were helpful, offered exceptional services.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in a great location. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a quiet ambiance. I enjoyed the convenient location, as it was close to museums, restaurants, and attractions. In the evening, I had a great time at the restaurant right next to the hotel. It was a bustling area, with a lively atmosphere. The bus stop right outside the hotel made transportation easy.

The breakfast options were limited and there was a lack of variety.

Its location was marvellous, just next door to downtown, Union Square and all the upmarket shops and china town, the harbour and more. The room was beautifully maintained and newly decorated in general, with views.

You get what you see on the website. The room is nice and comfortable but dont expect it to be big. Overall, the suite room is great for me.

There's a pub on the 2nd floor and it can get quite loud. I'm a heavy sleeper so it's fine with me but guess it's not the case with my partner who is a light sleeper.

Location

The room was very very small. The view from all rooms is awfull. Don't agree to live on the 3rd floor or you will hear the music from the lower bar all night.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my family members, had a perfectly pleasant stay. The breakfast available was very good with bagels, an insanely high rate and good coffee. The location was magnificent and incredible, just a short walk away from Powell and Market Cable Car Turnaround. There were a convenience shop and convenience stores around the hotel.

Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.
